The British summer time is a wonderful thing; late evening walks replace evenings in, and icy drink give respite from the sun.

This summer we've been experimenting with iced teas using some of your favourite Dorset Tea blends. 

From our Golden Blend to Green Tea with Sunshine Lemon, you're sure to find a delicious new take on your favourite flavour.

Dorset Iced Tea

Dorset Tea Golden Blend Long Island iced tea with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

  • Place 4 Golden Blend teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top up with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale* and lots of ice.
  • Dress with a sprig of mint.

 

 


 

Strawberry Fields

Dorset Tea Strawberries & Cream tea iced and dressed with strawberries

  • Place 4 Strawberries and Cream teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top up with fresh water and lots of ice*.
  • Dress with fresh strawberries.

 

 


 

Wild and Minty

Dorset Tea Wild About Mint tea with Belvoir Lime and Lemongrass cordial and sparkling water dressed with fresh mint

  • Place 4 Wild About Mint teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add a good glug of Lime and Lemongrass cordial* and top. up with sparkling water and lots of ice.
  • Dress with a fresh mint sprig.

 


 

Old Beaufort

Dorset Tea Earl Of Dorset tea with Belvoir Elderflower Presse

  • Place 4 Earl Of Dorset teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top up with Belvoir Elderflower Pressé* and lots of ice.
  • Dress with freshly sliced lemon and a sprig of mint.

 

 


 

Green Tea Spritz

Dorset Tea Green Tea with Sunshine Lemon and lemonade dressed with lemon

  • Place 4 Green Tea with Sunshine Lemon teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 1-2 minutes.
  • Top up with chilled lemonade*.
  • Dress with freshly sliced lemons.

 

 


 

Foraged Fruits Fizz

Dorset Tea Foraged Fruits tea with Waitrose lemon refresher and dressed with blackberries

  • Place 4 Foraged Fruits teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top up with Waitrose Lemon Refresher* and lots of ice.
  • Dress with fresh blackberries.

 

 


 

Ice and Spice

Dorset Tea Ginger with Sunshine Lemon tea iced with honey dressed with lemon and mint

  • Place 4 Ginger & Sunshine Lemon teabags in a jug or pitcher.
  • Cover with freshly boiled water so that it just covers the teabags.
  • Allow the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
  • Top up with fresh water and lots of ice*.
  • Dress with freshly sliced ginger.

 

 

*We know everyone’s tastes are different, so add as much or as little as you'd like and experiment with a balance of flavours that work for you.
